Registration
| To enroll please fill out the registration form (see below) or contact Julie by telephone or email.
When the registration form is received, you will be sent a billing letter and payment form by return post if there is still a place available. Otherwise you will be put on a waiting list and be notified when a place becomes available.
Please inform Julie as soon as possible if you need to withdraw your registration so that the places can be made available to those on the waiting list.

The cost for this exciting program is just 875 CHF per student. An early-bird discount of 50 CHF is offered to those who pay in full before 1 May 2012.
Places will be held only for those students whose payment is received in full by 31 May 2012.
Registrations made after 31 May are welcome for spaces available, but payments made after 31 May may be subject to an additional charge of 50 CHF per student.
After-hours care is available from 15:00 up to 18:00 at 10 CHF per hour per child.

How to Register:
1. REGISTER ONLINE - If you have not received a reply in 3 days please contact Julie by email. julie@julie-music.com
2. Download form In PDF format for you to print, complete by hand, and return by postal mail.
3. Download form in WORD format for you to open on your computer and complete. Save it and close. Attach the document to an email message to Julie.
4. When you have registered, and been accepted, please complete this emergency contact form before the Program opens.
