ABOUT JULIE
Julie is a concert pianist and music teacher with a Masters of Music in Piano from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and English from the University of California at Berkeley. She has a lifetime of teaching experience giving private lessons, master classes, coaching and accompanying. Julie has founded and directed numerous music academies, schools, and programs as well as concert series and ensembles. She has released 18 albums and concertized throughout Europe and the USA.
Julie is based near Nyon, Switzerland, and gives her time and talents to community and humanitarian events throughout the year in addition to her musical activities.
Music Lessons
Julie has 50 years of experience teaching piano and music. She takes an individualized approach to each student and builds skills and confidence in the student while making each lesson a fun and enjoyable experience. Whether learning for pleasure or preparing for an exam or performance, under Julie's tutelage her students are able to reach their full potential and more. Her students have a 100% pass rate in examinations.

Kosovo Musical Project
JULIE HAS CREATED FUNDRAISING EVENTS FOR ESCA CANCER SUPPORT, EON THE EDUCATION OF ORPHANS IN NEPAL, AND THE LA CÔTE ANGLICAN CHURCH'S UKRAINE PROJECT. BUT HER MAIN FOCUS IS THE KOSOVO MUSICAL PROJECT.

The Kosovo Musical Project is an educational humanitarian project that was initiated by Bryce Wagner in 2013 as his Eagle Scout project. The project has continued over the years to fulfil the ever-present need for musical education support.

Ten years, 24 shipments and several more visits later, The Kosovo Musical Project has sent instruments and educational materials to the American School of Kosova, the Prenk Jakova High School for Music, the University of Pristina, and the Kosovo Philharmonic and Choir, all in Pristina, and the Cesk Zadeja School of Art and Music and 17 public schools in Ferizaj. The project is now developing in the Prizren school district.
In addition to sending materials and instruments, the KMP team is also giving training, with Master classes, classroom music teacher training and music instrument repair and maintenance training on pianos and stringed instruments through partnerships with Luthiers sans Frontières UK, EL Jefe Grand piano restoration company in Poland, and Frances Overbury and Adrian Cielski, piano technicians. We are currently training two future piano technicians and 4 future luthiers who be able to help maintain and repair the instruments that we send as well as those that are already there.
